I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic – spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Polanco district. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, but there are great options nearby. Overall, a great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to meet our needs, but on the other hand, our room was given to someone else causing inconvenience. The design and touches in public areas were meticulously planned, but unfortunately, our room suffered from noise coming from the reception area.
